Booking Terms and Conditions

How to Book

To book a place on a course please complete your details online and then at the payment page you will have the option to choose the payment method. Once these details are completed it becomes a firm booking. Please note we do not accept provisional bookings.

Payment

If you have requested to pay by cheque or BACS, please note that these must be paid in full within 30 days of your booking date. For bookings less than 14 days prior to the course beginning, payment in full must be received at the time of booking.

Prices

The price includes tuition, course materials and a certificate of completion. Prices are exclusive of VAT.

Cancellations

Cancellations within 14 days of the course start will not be refunded but may be transferred if your request falls within the time limits (see section below).

We can accept named substitutes up until the day before the training unless there is pre-course reading materials in which case it is 5 days before the course start.

Transfers

If you are unable to make the course date, you can request to transfer on to an alternative course or date by logging in to the ‘Manage Booking’ section on the website. This can be done up until 7 days before the course start.

Changes to bookings made by Livewell Southwest Academy

Livewell Southwest Academy reserve the right to change the venue, tutors and course date at any point. If this affects your availability, you will be offered the option to transfer on to another course. If Livewell Southwest Academy cancels a course you will be offered the option to transfer to an alternative course or receive a full refund.
