Delegates will gain the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a variety of emergency first aid situations.

Course Programme

  • Manage an unresponsive casualty 
  • Deliver CPR
  • Manage choking situations
  • Managing shock
  • Wounds and bleeding
  • Minor injuries

Course Deliverables

Each delegate will receive a certificate after completing the course and will be awarded with the QA Level 3 in Emergency First Aid at Work.

Who Should Attend (including pre-requisites)

This is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification aimed at those who have a designated responsibility at work, to administer first aid in a variety of emergency first aid situations. It is also great for those who have a specific responsibility to provide basic first aid in voluntary and community activities.
