A Wellbeing Champion is an employee who promotes the health and wellbeing
of the people in your organisation; and is supported by the organisation to do that.

Objectives/Aims of Course

During this 6 hour training programme you will find out about: Health Promotion, the Wellbeing team, communication skills, goal setting, motivation and behaviour change, health and wellbeing resources locally and nationally, local and national health campaigns, and the Plymouth Wellbeing Champions Scheme. You will also undertake Mini-MECC whilst on Wellbeing Champion Training.

Who Should Attend (including pre-requisites)

This course is suitable for anyone wanting to become a Wellbeing Champion for their organisation.
